Basic Policy Against Antisocial Forces
Protectstance Sports Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following basic policy against antisocial forces that threaten the safety and order of civil society.
1The term “Antisocial Forces” as used herein refers to groups or individuals that pursue economic benefits by making use of illegal means such as violence, force, and fraud, including but not limited to organized crime groups (Boryokudan), affiliates of organized crime groups, corporate racketeers (Sokaiya), and quasi-organized crime groups (Hangure).
2The Company shall sever all relationships, including business transactions, with antisocial forces and shall not comply with any unreasonable demands.
3If it is discovered that a party with whom the Company already has a business relationship is an antisocial force, the Company shall promptly take measures to terminate such transactions and relationships.
4The Company shall respond as an entire organization to antisocial forces while ensuring the safety of all employees. We shall take a resolute stand and implement legal countermeasures against any unreasonable demands.
5In preparation for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, the Company shall maintain close cooperation with external specialized agencies, such as the police, Anti-Organized Crime Campaign Center, and attorneys, to ensure that appropriate advice and assistance can be obtained.
