Information Security Policy

Protectstance Sports Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting information assets entrusted to us by our clients from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to meeting the trust placed in us by our clients and society. To this end, the Company shall implement information security measures in accordance with the following policy.

1Establishment of Information Security Management System

The Company shall designate the Representative Director as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). We shall establish an internal system to manage information security appropriately and implement necessary measures to ensure the protection of all information assets.

2Internal Organization Structure

The Company shall establish an organization responsible for maintaining and improving information security, and shall define information security measures as formal internal rules.

3Employee Engagement

The Company’s employees shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and shall ensure that their efforts to address information security are reliable and effective.

4Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements

The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and shall strive to meet the expectations of our clients.

5Response to Violations and Incidents

In the event of a violation of information security laws, contractual provisions, or an incident related to information security, the Company shall take appropriate action and endeavor to prevent recurrence.

Protectstance Sports Management Co., Ltd. has declared ★★ (two stars) under the “SECURITY ACTION” program promoted by the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA), demonstrating its proactive commitment to information security.

The Company shall continue to actively strengthen information security measures to provide services that are safe and secure for our clients.
